Here is a cheap, quick and easy busy toy. childhoodlist.blogspot.com has a larger version made with tongue depressors. I chose to do Popsicle sticks because it saved on the quantity of Velcro squares I needed. I keep these in a plastic baggie to grab quickly for an on-the-go-quiet-toy.
